
Before Photo.
I decided to give the front (and back) doors a fresh coat of paint.
It started out simple enough. We picked out a nice shade of red and had the guys at Lowes mix it up. Smartypants Rob said, "Are you sure that's right? It looks a little pink." The guy assured us that when it dried it would be the color we wanted. 2 coats of paint later our doors were.........PINK. And not even a nice shade of pink. They were the most hideous color of pink I have ever seen!
Yes, my husband knows some things.

Second try. We achieved red. 3 coats of paint later we decided that the doors needed some oomph.
So, Rob popped this trim around the door.

Is Dooralicious a decorating term? Love the whole thing. Would have liked to see the pink. Just for fun.
wow. what a difference a little bit of trim makes. it looks so good. i am enjoying audrey so much. she is so sweet!
