I think the house looks great! I am a pro at selling and buying houses on account of all the moving we have done. The only thing I would say is the 2nd bathroom vanity looks a little small, but it's hard to tell from the pictures and that is something that you can't change. The paint colors look like good neutrals and the floors look like they are in great condition. When we sold our house in TN we had to pay money to get it sold. Once we dropped the price it sold really quickly. My dad is a real estate agent in Mobile and he says that people just can't get loans to buy houses right now. So frustrating, but your house is beautiful!!
