We are in our third week of the new school year and I'm finally starting to find my new "normal". Brooks is in the fifth grade and is really doing well so far. He loves to read, although he would never admit it.
Audrey and Eli are both doing 2nd grade curriculum but we say she is in 1st grade and He is in 2nd. Who knows why....but it works for us.
The weather today was much cooler so we all played outside and explored the woods. I snapped a few photos while the kids were playing and I think I may need to sign Eli up to be a male model. Little man can pose....
We found another creepy crawly on the front porch.
A walking stick. I didn't even attempt to hold him...he's just kind of freaky looking.

I'm sure all the kids are enjoying school. They're all looking great and Metz is still changing fast. And I'm thinking the walking stick is the same thing Molly found on her backdoor screen.
